Receta Barbequed Beef

Ingredientes
- 4 1/2 - 6 pound beef roast
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 20 ounce. catsup or possibly barbeque sauce
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lg. onion, minced fine
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 c. water
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Mix the above ingredients and pour over beef. Cook for 4 hrs at 300 degrees. After 4 hrs pick beef apart with a fork. Remove bone and fat. Add in 1/8 c. sugar. Cook another hour at 300 degrees. Can use round steak.
