Receta Basic Flaky Pie Crust

Ingredientes
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. Crisco shortening
- 5 tbsp. cool water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr (optional)
Direcciones
- Combine flour and salt, cut in Crisco till all is blended into pea size chunks. Sprinkle with water, toss lightly with fork till dough will form a ball. Roll and put into pan. Makes 1 double crust for 9-inch pie.
