Receta Beef Corn Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 pie crusts
- 3 c. corn
- 1 pound hamburger
- 2 scallions, minced
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk or possibly half and half
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Bake bottom pie crust at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 min. Cold slightly. Layer beef, corn, scallions, parsley in the shell. Mix thyme, salt, pepper and sprinkle over corn. Dot with butter. Pour lowfat milk over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Roll out top crust. Place on top. Seal with fork and cut slits. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 min. Then bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
