Receta Beef Taco Salad
Great lunch option or have a light supper for "Two".
Ingredientes
- 8 ounces Sirloin Ground Beef
- 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning (dry mix)
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Roma Tomato diced
- cup chopped lettuce (your choice)
- 1/2 cup sliced Black Olives
- 1/2 cup Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
Direcciones
- In a saute pan add ground beef on medium low heat, add taco seasoning stir well, add bell peppers, onions, saute until meat is browned, drain any excess grease, return to stove top add tomato sauce and cook 10 minutes.
- Plate some ground beef mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese. olives, bell pepper, enjoy!
