Ingredientes
- Non-Stick cooking spray
- 4 whole eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup 2% mild shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup thick & chunky salsa
Direcciones
- Beat together the whole eggs, egg whites and water with a whisk until well blended.
- Cook vegetables in a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from skillet; set aside.
- Add eggs to skillet; cover. Cook 6 minutes.
- Top one half of omelet with pepper mixture and cheese; fold in half. Cook, covered, 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve topped with salsa. Cut into 4 pieces.
