- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/2 c. Celery, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. Onions, coarsely minced

- This following was originally posted by Don Thomas: Combine all ingredients in an electric blender. Mix at medium speed for 3 to 5 seconds, till celery is finely grated. Add in desired amount to salad and toss.
