- Pn Salt 1/2 ts Vanilla extract 3 c Fresh blueberries, raspberri Strawberries
- Combine egg and sugar in a bowl; stir in small amount of warm lowfat milk.
- Return all to saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till mix thickens slightly and coats a spoon, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat; stir in salt and vanilla. Refrigerateat least 1 hour.
- Serve over berries.
