- 8 x cooked, diced potatoes ( Yukon gold or possibly white ) Mayonnaise - sufficient to bind salt, pepper, garlic pwdr finely minced celery finely minced onions minced hard boiled Large eggs as desired small diced white American cheese as desired fine minced red basil to taste fine minced dill weed to taste

- Mix all together and chill. I told my brother I probably would even try a white cheddar cheese in the recipe next time. The cheese is the special ingredient! Colorful as well as tasty.
