  1. Grease two (2) 9" X 5" X 3" loaf pans.
  2. Cream butter, sugar & eggs.
  3. Add salt, soda, & spices.
  4. Beat in mashed bananas & sour cream.
  5. Stir in flour.
  6. Pour into loaf pans or muffin tins. Bake 50-60 minutes.
  7. Make into 2 loaves (or 16 muffins?).
