Ingredientes
- 6 c. broccoli pcs (1 large bunch)
- 1 tsp extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x cloves garlic chopped
- 1/4 c. cool water more or possibly less to taste soy sauce or possibly salt to taste red pepper flakes to taste
Direcciones
- Separate the broccoli florets from the stems. Peel the stems, and cut into bite sized pcs. Break the florets into bite sized pcs.
- Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Tightly cover and let steam for no more than 5 min. The broccoli should be bright green.
