  • 6 c. broccoli pcs (1 large bunch)
  • 1 tsp extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 x cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/4 c. cool water more or possibly less to taste soy sauce or possibly salt to taste red pepper flakes to taste

Direcciones

  1. Separate the broccoli florets from the stems. Peel the stems, and cut into bite sized pcs. Break the florets into bite sized pcs.
  2. Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Tightly cover and let steam for no more than 5 min. The broccoli should be bright green.
