Ingredientes
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 med. head cabbage, shredded
- 1 lg. carrot, shredded
Direcciones
- About 1 1/2 hrs before serving or possibly early in the day in a large bowl mix mayonnaise, lowfat milk, cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add in cabbage (8 c., lightly packed) and carrot. Toss gently till well coated. Cover and chill about 1 hour to blend flavors.
