- 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. cracker and-or possibly bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Green pepper (optional)
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together. Make sauce as follows: 6 tbsp. vinegar 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. catsup 1/4 c. diced onion
- Pour sauce over meat loaf and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
