Receta Best Ever Potato Soup

Ingredientes
- 6 x Bacon, cooked and diced
- 3 c. Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 x Chicken broth
- 1 sm carrot, grated
- 1/2 c. Onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, dry
- 1/2 tsp Celery seed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 3 c. Lowfat milk
- 8 ounce American cheese, cubed
Direcciones
- Cook bacon in large sauce pan till crisp. drain. Add in potatoes, broth, carrot, onion, parsley., celery seed, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer till potatoes are tender - about 15 min. Combine flour and lowfat milk till smooth and add in to soup. Bring to boil - boil and stir for 2 min. Add in cheese; stir till cheese is melted and soup is heated through.
