Ingredientes
- 1 c. tofu, liquid removed
- 1 average banana
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. carob pwdr
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. minced sunflower seeds
- Toasted, grated coconut
Direcciones
- Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl, then fold in blender on low till smooth. Scoop into a bowl; add in seeds and mix. Top with coconut and set in freezer or possibly refrigerator to chill. This pudding is good in little tart shells.
