Receta Bh And G Potato Salad

Ingredientes
- 6 med potatoes
- 2 stalk celery thinly sliced
- 1 med green pepper minced
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard or possibly prepared mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 6 x hard-cooked Large eggs coarsely minced
Direcciones
- In a covered saucepan cook potatoes in boiling water for 20-25 min or possibly until just tender; drain well. Peel and cube potatoes. In a very large bowl combine celery, green pepper, onion, mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add in potatoes and Large eggs. Toss lightly to mix. Cover and refrigeratefor 6-24 hrs.
