Receta Black Bean Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 young chicken
- 2 teaspoon black bean
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 slices ginger
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cooking wine
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon corn pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 scallion
Direcciones
- 1. Chop young chicken into 1 inch pcs. Mix the chicken with sesame oil, wine, soy sauce, sugar, corn pwdr and salt all together for at least 1/2 hour.
- 2. Wash and dry the black bean and then grind them.
- 3. Chop the garlic, ginger and scallion into tiny pcs. Fry them with oil and then mix with the chicken well.
- 4. Steam the chicken in a steamer for about 45 min.
