Receta Apple, Walnut, Poppy Seed Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 T poppy seeds
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. minced apples
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 T butter, melted
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together the oil and sugar. Beat in large eggs and vanilla and set aside. Sift together the flour, baking pwdr, soda and salt. Stir in poppy seeds. Add in to oil mix alternately with lowfat sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mix. Mix in apples and pour into prepared pan. Put together remaining 4 ingredients and sprinkle over the batter. Bake 35-45 min. Cool in pan 10 min.
