- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 sweet potato, diced
- 2 1/2 cups frozen corn
- 37.5 oz. black beans
- 1 cup fire roasted salsa
- 2 bay leaves
- 14 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 1/4 tsp. Wondra (or your favorite thickener)
