Receta Black Beans With Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Black beans
- 4 slc Bacon, minced & fried
- 1/2 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 1 x Onion, finely minced
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 dsh Salt
- 1 dsh Cayenne pepper Meat stock or possibly broth
- 2 c. Rice, cooked
Direcciones
- Soak beans overnight. Boil beans till tender. Drain. Add in bacon, garlic, and onions. Season with chili pwdr, salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Add in sufficient meat stock to cover beans and simmer slowly till the beans fall apart a little and make a thick rich sauce. Pour over mounds of hot cooked rice.
