- Put the mango pcs, water, lime juice and sugar in a blender and blend at high till foamy. Pour the golden brown liquid through a strainer into a tall glass and enjoy.
- Notes: Other ripe fruits such as peaches, plums pineapples, papaya, bananas, melons and strawberries would be tasty alternatives. Mix and match. You can substitute orange juice for the water. The general ratio is 1 c. very ripe fruit to 1 c. water, 1 Tbsp. sugar, and a squirt of lime juice.
