Ingredientes

  • Texture: Firm, moist, holds shape after cooking
  • Uses: Baked, salads, mashed, steamed, boiled, roasted and potato chips
  • Blue By You Potatoes~
  • 6-8 blue potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup oil
  • large ziplock baggie
  • 6 oz crumbled blue cheese
  • blue cheese salad dressing, optional
  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In large ziplock baggie, combine dry onion soup mix and oil
  • Add potatoes, mix together
  • Pour potato mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender
  • Remove from oven
  • To serve; sprinkle potatoes with crumbled blue cheese
