- 2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon horseradish
- Healthy pinch white pepper
- 2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
