Ingredientes
- 1 head lettuce (minced)
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pound bacon (fried and broken in lg. pcs)
- 1/2 c. sugar (sprinkled)
- 1 head cauliflower (cut in bite size)
- 1 med. onion (minced)
- 2 ounce. blue cheese (crumbled)
Direcciones
- Layer in order above. Chill 24 hrs. Toss well just before serving.
- Turkey bacon and low cholesterol mayonnaise can be used to meet dietary needs.
- Turkey bacon must be cut quite fine because it doesn't crisp like regular bacon.
