Receta Blue Ribbon Butterscotch Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1 c. Brown sugar packed
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 x Egg yolks
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- In iron skillet, heat butter and brown sugar over medium heat,stirring constantly. Stir in flour. Beat egg yolks and lowfat milk together and add in to the skillet mix. Stir constantly; add in salt & vanilla. Stir till mix is thick. Cold. Pour in a BAKED pie shell. Make meringue with egg whites. Bake at 400 till meringue is golden brown.JM.
