Receta Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
Ingredientes
- Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
- Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 cup finely ground graham cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Combine all ingredients and press into the bottom of a baking dish or pie pan. Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes. Cool completely. Break into pieces.
- Blueberry Sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- Cheesecake Ice Cream Base:
- 8oz cream cheese (I used light)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon juice
