  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice, strained
  • 4 Tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice, strained
  • 2 c. fresh blueberries

Direcciones

  1. Place sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add in 1 c. blueberries and continue to cook for 3 min, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove pan from heat. Cold. Place mix in a food processor and process 20 seconds. Pour into a bowl and stir in remaining blueberries. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Set aside.
  4. Makes about 1 3/4 c..
