Receta Blueberry Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon or possibly 2 Packages Equal
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 egg or possibly 1/4 c. Egg Beater
- 2 1/2 tbsp. melted shortening
- 1/3 c. fresh or possibly frzn blueberries
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray muffin tins with non-stick vegetable spray. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Beat Equal and egg together. Add in lowfat milk and melted shortening. Stir into the flour mix. Stir in blueberries till just mixed. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Divide into tins. Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till done.
