  • 2 c. blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn
  • 2 c. fresh rhubarb, washed, dry & cut into 1 inch pcs
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/2 c. light brown sugar
  • 8 T cool unsalted butter, cut into bits
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Vanilla ice cream

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.Butter 1 1/2 qt casserole or possibly au gratin dish or possibly any 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium size bowl, put together berries and rhubarb and toss with granulated sugar and 2 tbsp flour which have been combined. Transfer fruit to baking dish.
  3. Make the topping by combing brown sugar, butter, 3/4 c. flour and salt. Blend with a fork or possibly pastry blender till mix resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over fruit.
  4. Bake for 45 min and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
