- 4 scoop Vanilla ice cream
- 1 tbsp Caster sugar
- 1 packet Blackcurrant jelly
- 1 cup Crushed ice

- 1. In a blender add 1 ½ cup milk, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 cup crushed ice with 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream. Blend for 1 minute, then add gradually 1 packet jelly crystals and continue blending till thick, serve chilled.
