- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cup powdered Swerve Sweetener
- 2 tbsp freshly grated lemon zest
- 3 to 4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Garnish:
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
