Receta Borje Salming's Gluten Free Steak Sauce
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cooking onion chopped
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup HP Sauce (I checked, and the one we bought was gluten free)
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup tomato juice
- 1/4 cup blackcurrant jelly (We only found redcurrant at Superstore)
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce (The Heinze one does not contain gluten, please check label)
- 1 tsp liquid smoke (didn't find this, adds a smokey flavour)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 quarers of 70% dark cocoa chocolate
