Receta Boss Veal
Ingredientes
- 4 ounce. veal, cut & pounded
- Bread crumbs
- 2 warm peppers, cleaned & cooked
- 1 sweet pepper, cleaned & cooked
- Oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Direcciones
- Dredge veal in bread crumbs and cook in warm oil till brown on both sides. Remove oil and add in garlic and peppers. Saute/fry for 1 minute and serve.
