Receta Bow Ties With Sausage, Tomatoes And Cream

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage casings removed, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp dry red pepper flakes
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 30 ml garlic, chopped
- 1 can Italian plum tomatoes liquid removed, coarsely minced
- 1 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 ounce bow tie pasta
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley freshly grated parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- TOMATOES and CREAM Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add in sausage and pepper flakes. Cook till sausage is no longer pink, stirring frequently, about 7 min. Add in onion and garlic to skillet and cook till onion is tender and sausage is light brown, stirring occasionally, about 7 min. Add in tomatoes, cream and salt. Simmer till mix thickens slightly, about 4 min.
- Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water till just tender but still hard to bite, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Drain.
- Serves 4.
