- 5 c. Boysenberries
- 9 x " unbaked pie shell
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Spread Boysenberries in unbaked pie shell. Stir lowfat sour cream and combined sugar, flour and salt together, mixing well. Spoon over berries, spreading to edge of shell. Sprinkle top with 2 tsp. of sugar. Bake at 450 for 10 min. Reduce heat to 350 ; bake 30 min more or possibly till topping is lightly browned. Cold at room temperature; serve fresh.
