  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lb. chicken flat. Dip in beaten Large eggs and lowfat milk, roll in bread crumbs, saute/fry in butter. Layer bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan with Prego sauce, then chicken breasts. Cover each with a slice of each cheese. Put remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 45 min.
