Receta Breast Of Chicken Ala Parmagiana

Ingredientes
- 4 boned chicken breasts
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 15 ounce. jar Prego sauce
- 4 sliced mozzarella cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 4 sliced Swiss cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lb. chicken flat. Dip in beaten Large eggs and lowfat milk, roll in bread crumbs, saute/fry in butter. Layer bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan with Prego sauce, then chicken breasts. Cover each with a slice of each cheese. Put remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 45 min.
