Ingredientes
- 1 can Condensed lowfat milk Cocoa pwdr Butter
Direcciones
- Pour the condensed lowfat milk into a saucepan. Add in cocoa pwdr and stir till you get the shade of brown you wish. You can add in one spoon of butter if desired. Heat gently and stir continuously with the wooden spoon till the paste begins to boil out of the saucepan. Pour the brigadeiro into a soup dish and let it cold.
- Then rub butter on your hands and on a tsp.. With the tsp., take a piece of brigadeiro and roll it with your hand till it becomes a ball.
- Roll the brigadeiro ball in chocolate pcs and put it into a paper mould.
