Ingredientes
- 1 bunch broccoli, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 pound liquid removed tofu, sliced into chunks
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
Direcciones
- Heat wok or possibly skillet. Add in small amount of sesame oil till very warm. Add in all ingredients and cook till tender. Serve with soy sauce and cooked rice.
