Ingredientes
- Broccoli or possibly Brussels sprouts or possibly Cabbage Butter Flavor Spray garlic red bell pepper black pepper
Direcciones
- Steam the vegetable till tender
- Cut sprouts in half. Make flowerette out of the broccoli.
- Spray a frying pan with butter flavor spray (not a lot of it. I've also used the Fleichmann's butter flavor stuff), add in garlic, minced red bell pepper, & black pepper. Get it warm & add in vegetables stir to coat, & singe them. I like it.
