Receta Broccoli & Chicken Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. pkg. broccoli
- 3 c. cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth/stock
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. shredded Velveeta
- 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Direcciones
- Cook broccoli as directed. Layer in bottom of greased baking dish. Layer chicken next. Put together soup, broth, mayo, lowfat sour cream, 1/2 of Velveeta and all of Mozzarella to make soup mix and pour on top of chicken and broccoli. Top with other half cheese and put together crumbs and butter and crumble those over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 to 45 min.
