  1. Heat butter and oil in pot large sufficient to hold meat. Brown meat on all sides. Add in salt, pepper and lowfat milk (slowly). When lowfat milk boils, cover pot and cook on medium heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs till meat is tender. Be sure to baste and turn meat from time to time. Remove meat to cutting board and allow to cold before slicing. (Use pan drippings to make a gravy if desired.)
