- Cilantro - ¼cup, finely chopped (Original recipe used parsley)

- Dijon Mustard - 1tsp
- Lemon zest - 1tsp
- Lemon juice - 1tbsp
- Honey - 1tsp
- Extra virgin Olive Oil - 3tbsp
- Salt & Pepper - to taste
