Receta Broccoli Rabe With Olive Oil And Garlic

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Broccoli rabe rinsed, thick ends stems trimmed, cut 2" lengths Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Garlic clove cut thin slivers
- 1 pch Red warm pepper flakes
Direcciones
- Fill a large wide saucepan with water; heat to boiling. Add in the broccoli rabe and salt; boil till tender, 6 to 8 min. Drain immediately.
- Wipe the pan dry. Add in the oil, garlic and red pepper flakes to the saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring, till warmed and garlic begins to sizzle, about 5 min. Stir the broccoli rabe into the hot oil to coat. Serve at once.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
