Receta Broccoli Salad With Oriental Flavours

Ingredientes
- 1 head broccoli or possibly 1/2 bunch gai lan, minced, and, cooked
- 1/3 c. sesame oil
- 1/2 x orange, juiced, and, zested
- 1 clv garlic, minced
- 1/4 x inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1 x splash soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 c. bean sprouts
Direcciones
- Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water till tender, about 2 min. Drain and rinse under cool water.
- Combine all of the ingredients except the broccoli and bean sprouts in a jar or possibly small food processor and blend till smooth.
- Arrange the broccoli on a bed of bean sprouts and pour the dressing over top.
