Receta Broiled Chili Beef Ribs
Ingredientes
- 1 lg. garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 2 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 12 meaty beef rib bones cut from a rib roast, separated
Direcciones
- Mince the garlic and mash it with the salt to create a paste. In a small saucepan cook the garlic paste in the butter over moderately low heat till it is softened. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, the chili pwdr and the cumin and remove the pan from the heat.Brush the ribs with some of the sauce and broil them on the rack of a broiler pan under a preheated broiler about 4 inches from the heat brushing them with the sauce for 5 min on each side for medium rare. Serves 4.
