Receta Broiled Shrimp And Scallops

Ingredientes
- 1 pound med. shrimp
- 1 pound scallops
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. minced parsley
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/2 c. dry unflavored bread crumbs
- Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges
Direcciones
- Shell and devein shrimp. Wash shrimp and scallops under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towels.In a large bowl, put together oil, parsley, garlic, bread crumbs and salt and pepper. Add in shrimp and scallops to mix. Mix till well coated. Let stand 1 hour. Preheat broiler.
- Remove shrimp and scallops from marinade. Gently press some extra bread crumb mix onto shrimp and scallops. Place alternately on a 4 to 6 inch metal skewers. Put skewers under hot broiler. Broil 2 min or possibly till golden brown. Turn skewers over and broil on the other side 2 min or possibly till golden brown. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
