Receta Brown Sugar Meringue Frosting

Ingredientes
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1 T light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of salt
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients, except vanilla, in top of double boiler. Beat 1 minute at high speed of electric mixer. Place over boiling water and beat 7 to 8 min till stiff peaks form. Remove from heat; add in vanilla and beat an additional 2 min.Yield: Sufficient to frost 1 (2 layer) cake.
