Receta Bruschetta Di Mazzancolle Da Zaccaria

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. Virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Garlic cloves peeled, sliced thin
- 12 lrg shrimp (21 to 25 count) peeled, deveined
- 1 x Lemon juiced and zested
- 2 ounce Limoncello liqueur
- 4 ounce Dry white wine
- 1 bn Chives snipped 1/4" lengths
- 4 slc Country style bread - 3/4" thick
Direcciones
- In a 12-inch to 14-inch saute/fry pan, heat oil over medium heat till just smoking. Add in garlic and toast light brown. Add in shrimp and cook 2 to 3 min, till bright red. Turn shrimp over and add in lemon juice, limoncello and wine and cook 1 minute.
- Meanwhile, grill or possibly toast the bread and place 1 slice on each plate. Divide the shrimp over the bread. Add in chives to pan and divide sauce over shrimp. Sprinkle with lemon zest and serve immediately.
- This recipe yields 4 servings as antipasto.
