Receta Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredientes
- 1 sm. bottle Louisiana warm sauce
- 1/2 stick butter
- 20 to 25 chicken wings
- 2 T onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
- 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T vinegar
- 1/4 c. blue cheese, crumbled
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- To make wings, cut each wing in half so each resembles small drumstick. Remove tip from wing and sauce for soup. Deep fry wing in hot oil till crisp (10 min) or possibly bake in oven till brown at 350 degrees. Heat butter; add in 1/2 bottle of hot sauce (for medium hot wings add in more or possibly less hot sauce to taste). Drain wings. Pour sauce over wings; mix well. Serve with celery and carrot sticks and blue cheese dressing. Dip each as you eat.
- Put together all ingredients. Season to taste. Use with Buffalo Chicken Wings. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
